Basics

~Shoes labelled "Pre-Order" will be sold on a pre-order basis.

~All items are BRAND NEW, unless stated otherwise.

~All prices stated are  non-negotiable.

~Items sold are strictly non exchangeable and non refundable.

~All prices stated are  NOT inclusive of postage fee. Postage fees will be borne by the buyer.

~Serious buyers only. Backouts and cancellations are strictly prohibited, buyers who do so will be blacklisted, so please do deliberate properly before placing an order.

~Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable difference in monitor settings that the colors shown in the photographs may not correspond entirely to the items.

Placing Orders

~Please pay special attention to the closing date of pre-order shoe batches before placing orders.

~Please clarify all your concerns before placing your order.

~Please ensure that the item code, colour, size, mailing address and other important details in your order form/email is  ACCURATE.


~We operate on a first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to buyers who can make the fastest payment.

Backup Option

~Due to the high turnover rate and popular demand of these items at our oversea supplier, certain shoes may be unavailable.

~The first option is to choose a backup pair.

~However, if you are not interested in anything else, we will arrange for a refund of your deposit

Deposit

~Reservations cannot be made for pre-order shoes as there is a limited supply. Therefore, to secure your order, a deposit of RM70 per pair must be made.

~Payment for deposits can only be made through bank wire transfers and cash deposits machines. (COD is not accepted)

~This must be done before the closing date.

~Deposits received after closing date will be queued and the order will be placed in the next batch which will take an additional 3 weeks to arrive.

Full Payment

~Once the shoes have arrived, we will notify you and the remaining balance must be paid.

~We will only mail items once full payment has been received.

Postage

~We will not mail shoes through Pos Ekspress as it is too risky. 

~We provide Pos Laju services. If that is too pricey, we can arrange for your parcel to be sent through registered mail--which might take quite a bit longer to arrive.


~Please ensure that someone will be there to sign for your parcel. If not it will be redirected to the nearest post office and you can pick it up there.

~Postage fee will be borne by buyer and charges vary according to item weight.

~All items are carefully inspected before being shipped out, therefore, we will take no responsibility for any damages or loses incurred during shipping.
